Well my friend, we’ve arrived at the very last post based on the 40 joy habits from my book Being Joy™. And I sincerely hope that today’s offering, inspired by the last chapter – Be Aligned, will express my deepest gratitude to those of you who have joined me along this 40-month joy journey of self-discovery and growth.
There is an interesting thing that happens when you come to the end of a big project like this. Sure, there is a sense of pride and accomplishment, even a bit of relief, especially when the project has required a commitment spanning more than three years.
But when you step back from the work you’ve completed and view it from a higher perspective, you begin to see the pattern in the fabric of the words and the threads that have woven each thought and insight into the finished product. You realize that there was an elegance in the process and a grander purpose of the journey.
You see, I’m not sure that I completely understood the words I was guided to write, on a soul level at least, when I published my book in 2018. Sure, I got it on an intellectual level, but I realize now, with an expanded perspective, that by writing a monthly newsletter and a weekly blog for these past 40 months, I began to embody the joy of the messages – I became aligned with them. That was the purpose. And here is the outcome.
There is a calm within me. I am more patient with myself and others. I set more consistent boundaries. I complain less and take responsibility for my choices. I judge less and praise more. I greet the morning with joy in my heart and gratitude for all that surrounds me. Because I trust my instincts, my intuition has become sharper. And I’ve learned how to better tune into my spirit so I can recognize the pull that tells me whether I’m aligned with purpose or not.
So as Abraham-Hicks reminds us, “Absolute alignment with your own Source Energy means that you know the following: You are free. You are powerful. You are good. You are love. You have value. You have purpose. All is well.”
So, as I end this final post, please know that all is well my friend. And that, my beloved reader, is joyful living!
Love eternally from your Joy Mama,
P.S. As this is my last post, if you haven’t already, I encourage you to order a copy of my book Being Joy™ for yourself or someone you care about.
