Is lack of alignment one of your barriers to joy and a state of peaceful wellbeing?

Alignment is similar to living on purpose but much deeper – it’s not about “what we do” but how “we be”.
Let’s start by acknowledging that you can’t “think” your way to alignment. You need to feel your way through – tune into your inner wisdom – to your soul and then feel it in your body.
I’ll give you a hint. Alignment is a knowing.
We all are physical and spiritual beings. Your soul is just a part of Source Energy. It’s your origin. You are always connected to it. Source Energy is loving, peaceful, and joyful. And it’s your natural state of being.
So how do you know if you are living in alignment or not?
When you are living in alignment with your soul, you feel physically and emotionally balanced and at peace. When you aren’t living in alignment, you don’t. Yes, it’s that simple.
Let’s say you are in a job you don’t like, and you want to change careers. Or you don’t earn enough money to cover your monthly bills, so you want more money. Or you are retired and bored and would like something meaningful to do with your time. So, you send your desires out as a vibration to your soul.
But when those desires don’t manifest right away, you feel upset, frustrated, or even disbelieving. You feel bad – emotionally and physically.
Because of your attachment to old beliefs or doubt or feelings of unworthiness, you haven’t allowed yourself the time to catch up to the new desire and vision you have for yourself at the soul level. You’re essentially at the same old frequency which is constricting the flow of your new desire. You’re asking for one thing but you’re putting up resistance to it. You’re not aligned.
