“Tell me with whom you associate, and I will tell you who you are.” ~Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Who and what do you choose to let into your bubble?  I’m not just talking protecting your physical health during a pandemic.  I’m talking about the environments that influence you and the people who you interact with regularly.  Are they positive and uplifting or negative and depressing?

Even before COVID-19, we created bubbles.  Sometimes we just weren’t aware of the consequences.  But when you really think about them, at an energetic level, you know which people or experiences make you feel good and those that don’t.  You can feel it in your body.

Unfortunately, we often give into that friend or family member that takes advantage of our generosity or crushes our dreams.  We let them into our bubble anyway.

I’m asking you to think “outside the bubble”.

Perhaps some people or experiences are those that you are still willing to share but only by invitation. Making those conscious choices will protect the sanctity of your inner bubble, the one that holds only those relationships, environments, or experiences that are truly trusted and empowering.

Time to stop feeling like a victim.

You have the power to choose who and what you let in and who and what stays on the perimeter.  You can do it with kindness and grace.  And please don’t feel guilty about it.  By going against your inner knowing, you will only resent others in the long run, moving you further away from the amount of joy you were always meant to feel.

But like with everything, it’s a choice.  Please choose wisely.
