Gratitude turns what we have into enought - anonymous

As a serial joy and abundance activist, I’ve learned that one of the biggest barriers to living a life of ultimate joy is the illusion that there’s not enough. In fact, staying in the frequency of fear only perpetuates this myth by attracting more “lack” because you are unconsciously summoning experiences that validate your current belief of lack.

But by expressing gratitude for all the things you do have – a roof over your head, warm running water, food in your belly, people you can count on, is the fastest way to joy.

By cultivating an attitude of gratitude for the “enough-ness” in your life, you can relax into your peace.

Enough is the new plenty!

When you take stock of all that you do have, you begin to realize that your life is actually pretty full. Now that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t desire more.  In fact, it’s important that you do.  That’s the essence of evolution.

But when you are no longer grateful for what you currently have and instead are thinking more about the lack of what you desire, you actually attract more lack.  You see, you’re focused on the wrong thing.

Instead, see your life as a cornucopia of enough-ness, because no matter what you have or believe you don’t have, you have enough.  You’re here. And that’s evidence enough!
